Reading "RAINBOW FISH TO THE RESCUE!"

I write an essay about it now.

This is the story of this book. This book is lovely. First, fish would like to enter friends, and try hard. Result, friend treated fish "This way please!" went off, enter friends. But,It's hard for friend. I found tough position fish is in. I know how fish feel, fish suffer from. Feelings of inferiority. Everybody got through a serious crisis. Fish win a fish's trust. I judge a person only by person's appearances. I just assumes that person are wrong. I found I thought they were a reliable person but I was wrong. Everyone has his strong and weak points. For example, person's humorous side, good point see and go with!

Maya's family moved to a new house. Maya didn't help their move. She has no one to play with. One day, She could here "Click Pa tum" from door.Then, floweres into mail box. Next day, this stranger put violet to mail box.Maya thinks that she wants to friends.Maya cared for this stranger.She wants to see this stranger. Finally, she can see this stranger. Stranger is a little girl.
I found friends are very important.
First, I'm afraid of this story. Because, stranger put floweres and letters
to mail box. Finally, Maya could make a friend.
This story makes me funny. This story is good story for me. Because, it found me friends are very important. So, I like book.
I am happy to Maya and This daughter can make friend.

Gifts from a Mailbox

I read "Gift from a Mailbox".Maya moved to a town where she could see the mountains.

Every room was filled with cardboard boxes.Right away,her mother and father started

unpacking and sorting their belongings.Maya helped too,but after a while she became

tired and flopped down on the floor where she found a clean spot.

It was then she heard a teeny,tiny sound,"click pa-tum,"at the front door.

"I heard the letter carrier."

Her mother did not stop her unpacking "You must have imagined it."

"We haven't even let anyone know our new address yet,"said her father.

"But I heard the letter carrier."

Maya went to the front door.There was nothing in the mail box.Except,just below the

mailbox,lay a bouquet of violets.

Maya opened the front door.Beyond their front yard,all she could see was an

unfamiliar road and strangers walking by.

The next day,her father went off to work.Her mother continued unpacking their

belongings."I wonder who delivered those violet yesterday,"said Maya.

"Hm mm...I wonder..."said her mother,as she went on moving about busily.

"Click pa-tum."

There it was again,that tiny sound.

"It's the letter carrier!"

Maya ran to the front door.But instead of a letter in the mailbox,there were three

dandelions tucked into the mail slot.Maya gently took the dandelions and opened the

door.Just as before,all she could see outside in the street,were strangers walking by.

Maya went out shopping with her mother for the first time.A strange town,

different house,children she'd never met-to Maya,everything was unfamiliar.

"You're going to really like this town before you know it,"said her mother as she

gazed at the mountains in the distance.

"I wonder if those dandelions yesterday were for me.I wonder who delivered them."

Maya could think of nothing else.

The next day,her mother was busy again.Maya played on her own,drawing pictures.

"It's no fun without friends,"she murmured.Just then,she heard that sound again.

"Click pa-tum"

She flew to the front door,and there in the mailbox was a letter.Nothing was written

in large letters,and was only three sentences long.

"Friend are good.I'm very happy.I'm waiting."Maya read that letter over and over again.

"This letter came for me,I just know it did!"

Maya went with her mother to see the new kindergarten she would be attending.

The children were playing in the playground.She could hear the sounds of their

lively voices and laughter.

"If only the child who gave me that letter were here somewhere,"thought Maya,as she

looked at the new children one by one.

"Violet,dandelions,a letter...violets,dandelions,a letter..."Maya murmured,as she

played alone with her glass beads.

"Hmmmmm"

She gave a sigh,then,

"click pa-tum"

she heard that sound again.

"Wait.wait!Oh,please wait!"Maya shouted,as she flew to the front door.

She grabbed the origami doll which was poking through the mail slot,and flung open the door.

She saw a little girl she'd never met,about to go through the gate.

"Wait!"

The little girl slowly turned around.Maya went up to her.


"Um....the violets...were they for me?"

The little girl nodded.

"The dandelions too?"

The little girl nodded.

"Well...well then,the letter too?Were they all for me?The little girl nodded.


Maya carefully smoothed out the origami doll which had become slightly wrinkled.

The little girl looked hesitantly at Maya and then in a very small voice said,

"Let's go play."

Maya nodded and gave her a big grin.

This story is strange.And,very funny.

I found friends are good by this story.

"Peter is jealousy of his sister's Susie."

One day, Susie is a baby, so Susie was crying. His mother lulled the crying baby to sleep.Then,Peter said " That's mine. Though, my bed repainted in pink".Also, His father repainted his chair and his plaything and his bed. He got angly because his mother treasure only his sister.So, Peter packed his household effects and he got out of his house.
Finally, his mother said "Peter, please come home."And they finally buried the hatchet.
Mother loves only sister. Peter thought to be not loved by his mother.
My sister was born, I jealousy.I can understand this feelings.
He had kept to himself his mother and his father, so it is monopolized by the younger sister and it is unpleasant. "He felt as if he was the only one left out ."I knew how he feels.And,I haven't gone out my home such as Peter, but I have became timid by haven't anything to do with my mother and my father.

Swimmy

A happy school of little fish lived in a corner of the sea somewhere.They were all red.Only one of them was as black as a mussel shell.He is different.He swam faster than his brother and sisters.He can only fast swimmer.His name was Swimmy.One bad day,a big fish eats red fish.So,swimmy escaped alone.A tuna fish,swift,fierce and very hungry,came darting through the waves.In one gulp he swallowed all the little red fish.Only Swimmy escaped.Swimmy can swim fast.He swam away in the deep wet world.He was scared,lonely and very sad.But the sea was full of wonderful creatures,and as he swam from marvel to marvel Swimmy was happy again.He saw a medusa made of rainbow jelly.There's creatures is all strange.But,Swimmy is strange too himself.A lobster,who walked about like a water-moving machine.Strange fish,pulled by an invisible thread.A forest of seaweeds growing from sugar-candy rocks.An eel whose tail was almost too far away to remember.And sea anemones,who looked like pink palm trees swaying in the wind.Then,hidden in the dark shade of rocks and weeds,he saw a school of little fish,just like his own.He said,"Can you become like big fish?".And,they were become big fish.They are strong.They became same other big fish.And,Swimmy is black,so Swimmy can become their eye.And so they swam in the cool morning water and in the midday sun and chased the big fish away.
Swimmy is strange.But Swimmy can swim very fast.First,Swimmy lose pride by he are strange.But,he met big fish and his group was eaten by big fish.And,he lived in strange world.He see like me strange fish.He encourages by strange fishes.Finally,they became a big fish.They same as big fish.Swimmy's school crassmates can corporate for Swimmy.Happy Happy!!
